Meet the Moderators
Pratham Jain
Pratham Jain leads the K–12 Student Vertical at Masters’ Union, where he designs immersive, real-world learning programs for students from Grades 8 to 12, fostering entrepreneurial thinking and practical business acumen from an early age.
Pratham has built and scaled multiple startups and previously worked with Deloitte Australia in Business Strategy, advising on strategic growth and organizational development. A national-level polo player, he brings the discipline, resilience, and leadership cultivated through sport into the world of entrepreneurship.
Pratham has mentored more than 5,000 school students in launching their first ventures, championing the belief that every student should experience the process of building and creating.
Manasvi Yadav
Manasvi is a student from the founding batch at Masters' Union, where she developed a strong foundation in business and entrepreneurship. She currently works in the Founders' Office at gradCapital, a student-focused venture fund, gaining close exposure to the venture ecosystem and the founders shaping it. Through this experience, she has developed a deeper understanding of the startup ecosystem, investment strategies, and the journey of early-stage founders.
Deeply curious about venture capital, Manasvi is especially drawn to the climate space, where she's eager to back ideas and entrepreneurs building solutions for a more sustainable future. She is passionate about supporting innovative ventures that combine commercial viability with meaningful environmental impact.
